Supply Chain Day is a Europe-wide day of action on which Germany’s third-largest economic sector shows what it is and what it can do. Logistics is often reduced to the transportation, handling and storage of goods. But it is much more than that.
For this reason, companies, organizations and institutes involved in logistics open their doors to the general public every year in April. During free company tours, business games, presentations, webinars and much more, they show how diverse the tasks and job and career prospects in logistics are. The aim is to give people a look behind the scenes into otherwise closed areas to get them interested in the business sector and thus ensure greater acceptance in the long term.
In order to take advantage of this opportunity for image work, companies, organizations and institutes need to put together a range of events and make them widely known. There are no limits to the imagination: from analog to digital to hybrid, anything is possible. Events can be registered free of charge using the online registration form.
Founded almost 20 years ago by the German Logistics Association (BVL), the Logistics Day is now organised by teamtosse and its Frankfurt agency colleagues from mainblick. The BVL, the “Die Wirtschaftsmacher” initiative and many other initiatives and associations support the event as conceptual partners. Companies, organisations and institutes have the opportunity to become premium partners. In this way, they not only promote their economic sector, but also gain additional visibility through exclusive communication measures.
